Account & Data Deletion Instructions

At Kashmiri Sadaat, we respect your right to manage and delete your personal data. In compliance with data privacy standards and Google Play Store policies, this document explains how you can permanently request the deletion of your account and any associated information stored in our systems.

1. Overview of Stored Data

When you use Kashmiri Sadaat, data is primarily processed through Google Firebase services (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). The personal data associated with your account includes:

• Account Credentials: Full name/display name, registered email address, and Firebase User ID (UID).
• Lineage & Directory Records: Biographical information, family tree connections, and branch records submitted through community forms.
• Support & Activity Logs: Support correspondence, account status flags, and usage timestamps.

2. Option 1: Request Deletion via In-App Settings

If you have access to the Kashmiri Sadaat application on your device, you can trigger an account deletion request directly:

1. Open the Kashmiri Sadaat app.
2. Navigate to your Profile or Settings screen.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account / Remove Data.
4. Confirm the prompt by verifying your password or re-authenticating your credentials.
5. Once submitted, your account authentication is deactivated immediately, and full data deletion processing begins.

3. Option 2: Request Deletion via Email Support

If you have uninstalled the app, cannot log in, or prefer to make a manual request, you can send an email directly to our support team.
